Advice for Tenants

All tenants need to be referenced – This includes credit referencing, employment referencing, previous landlords reference, accountants reference (if self employed) We will also require proof of identity (passport, driving licence, utility bill, pay slips and bank statements)
An application fee is payable prior to references being carried out – Ring office for details

Rent and Deposits

On commencement of the let the following will be required in cleared funds:
First month’s rent plus deposit = 1 month’s rent plus £100
