Landlord Fees

NO UPFRONT FEES  

Fees only become payable at the start date of the tenancy and are collected from rents received. Statements are then forwarded to the landlord.

 

Our fees are competitive and depend on the level of service required.

 

FULLY MANAGED PACKAGE                                           

To Include:

 

  • Full marketing/advertising
  • Tenant selection
  • Comprehensive in house referencing
  • Tenancy Agreements
  • Full Inventory and Schedule of Condition with photographs
  • Check In and Check Outs with the tenants
  • Inform all utilities
  • Register the bond with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS)
  • Collect rent
  • Regular property inspections
  • Arrange all repairs on Landlords behalf (if required)

 

Fees:

 

  • Finders Fee/Marketing £300+VAT or half the first month’s rent (whichever is the higher)
  • 10%+VAT monthly management fee

 

RENT COLLECTION ONLY

To Include:

 

  • Full marketing/advertising
  • Tenant selection
  • Comprehensive in house referencing
  • Tenancy Agreements
  • Full Inventory and Schedule of Condition with photographs
  • Check In and Check Outs with the tenants
  • Inform all utilities
  • Collect rent
  • Register the bond with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS)

 

Fees:

 

  • Finders Fee/Marketing £300+VAT or half the first month’s rent (whichever is the higher)
  • 8%+VAT monthly commission charge

 

TENANT FIND ONLY PACKAGE

To Include:

 

  • Full marketing/advertising
  • Tenant selection
  • Comprehensive in house referencing
  • Tenancy Agreements
  • Register bond with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS)

 

Fees:

 

  • £300+VAT or half the first month’s rent (whichever is the higher)
